Hi, I'm Ieva.

I'm Ieva — a UX/UI designer who moved from Lithuania to Zürich and stayed. For the past few years I've been working at the intersection of research, interaction design, and visual systems — most often on tools that need to be operationally clear before they can be visually beautiful.

My most defining project was PwC Switzerland's Project Bridge: a year-long effort to consolidate fragmented tools into one role-aware platform, where I was the lead and only designer working with developers, project managers, and stakeholders who were also our users. It taught me that strong UX leadership isn't about ideal processes — it's about advocating for clarity within real constraints.

Before that I shaped the early experience at Certifaction, a Swiss eSignature company, where my onboarding redesign took task completion from 3-out-of-10 to 7-out-of-10 in usability tests. Alongside client work I keep a running set of personal projects — Hey Honey, a marketplace for local Swiss honey producers, and Share Your Bag, a peer-to-peer luxury rental concept I've been refining since 2021.

Outside of design my time goes to snowboarding (still trying to land a clean 360), surfing (less skilled, more enthusiastic), tennis, hiking the Swiss alps, cooking, and baking. I share a flat with a Dalmatian named Mochi who is, without exaggeration, the best part of any day.
